Using two-part epoxy I clamped the two coins - one at a time - in place for 30 mins. I'm hoping they are there to stay.

Beginning today this is my "take everywhere" cane.

ps - I am thankful I've reached this milestone - I wonder if this will be my "legacy"

Thank you for your very kind words, guys. I decided a long time ago I was not going to record/track the hours required to make a cane, but even w/o recording, this cane took more time than any of the previous 99, w/o a doubt. I now have numerous local people waiting to see it including the friend who did the countersinking for me. Yesterday I fulfilled the first promise, showing it to the young man that engraved the #100 "coin" for me.

I've decided - for now - to take a break from cane making - probably.

My current "consuming" project is another Betsy Ross Revolutionary Flag (13 stars) which I hope to finish this week.

And afterwards, it may be cane #101 ???? - temps close to 70 here helps - a LOT.

I hope all of you have a marvelous Monday.

ps - maybe I'll attach that flag - I hope it looks this good.
