Carving ( filleting ) 4 dozen fish and turning them into fish sticks!

My new neighbor has gotten me back into ice fishing. Spent yesterday out on the ice on a local river backwater and between the two of us we iced 83 fish.

The fish are bluegills, one of North America's most prevalent panfish. They are indeed true to the moniker panfish as they are delicious once they hit the frying pan!

Now that's some good eatin right there..I have the same kind of Knife you have..I was having a problem removing the rib bones from the fillets with the elec knife..So now I hold the fillet down with a fork angle the fork down and just zip the ribs out..Love the elec. knives..Nice pic..
