Egg heads

Picked up three of these basswood "egg" blanks, with Easter coming I am making them into "Egg Heads" for my Grand Kids. Here's the rough out of the first one.

Fun project Mark! there are some good books on amazon egg head and egg animals that are fun. I have done some butternut Eggs as topps too.

Finished the rough out of the 3rd Egghead for my G-kids. The carving and detailing is done will move on to paint. Think I will call these Moe, Larry & Curly. Woo! Woo! Woo! Woo! Yuck! Yuck! :p

Egg heads are ready for the G-kids Easter baskets. Add some Peeps, jelly beans & maybe a chocolate bunny then after they are buzzed up on sugar, send them home! ;)
