I don't list too many of my regular canes anymore. I thought these ones were worth posting.
First up is another padded leather handle. This one is pretty much normal sized. The end caps and spacers are black walnut and honey locust, the shank is alder and the leather is brown kidskin.
I like how it turned out. I'm starting to get a little better at the process.
This is one of my favorites. Oregon white oak handle on a red oak shank with a holly spacer.
After I rough trimmed the shank I was trying to figure out how to use it. I decided I liked the curve and the angle of the cut at the top so I went with it and made the handle to fit.
It was a fun one to make and I like the way it turned out.
