Evening. just found this site, thought I would say Hi, and browse the knowledge out here as I get started on this new way to spend time. I've become addicted to the feeling and the sound that the knives make as they slice off little chips, slivers and spirals. I am currently working on a dogwood walking stick, and have 2 cedars that I am finishing up before I dive into some white oak shafts.
