Worked on this Hornbeam cane today I sanded the bark off to expose the wood this time I like the color of this wood especially after I apply the boiled linseed oil it turns darker. I shud have took a picture before I put the linseed oil on it to show the difference.

Very nice! BLO darkens just about anything its applied to. I had a piece of aspen with the bark left on & the BLO turned it black!
