I will be harvesting as soon as the ground drys up its wet muddy at the moment but theres plenty of time before the sap rises. There 3-4 months to do it in .I am lucky I have about 50 2years seasoned hazel and about 50 1 years seasoned so I hope to harvest about 50 .The shanks that are two years old I will straighten cut back to 1.4 meters and sell them. Good shanks fetch a fair price between 50- 6o dollars for five plus poatage
