Mine is on the the key pad that pops up when you need to type on the screen in the left corner by the number key I'm using a iPad mini

Looks like Randy got you the info you needed.

When you are posting from desktop view / PC - In the reply box you can click the "Smilies" icon and it will produce a listing of all the icons you can use.
