I don't know what kind of form your trying to fill, but you might try JB Weld. It is pretty soft when first mixed up and it's hard as a rock when set.

I want to know,what kind material I can put inside halo st. silver cane handle for support?!

Auto body filler will work. Epoxy or some type of casting resin are other good choices. Depending on the shape of the handle you may be able to use a wooden plug.
