I did these last year I use the all walnut one. The one with the zebrawood handle I did for a fellow Vietnam vet.

I like them both! I am partial to black walnut -- it is a really sturdy wood and finishes so nice, I love to turn it on my lathe.

It is my wood of choice for many projects. I love carving it. Well carving it can be a pain, but the end product is always nice.
